Touchscreen panels
ACL develops and produces customer specific touchscreen panels with standard and customer specific touchscreens from well-established companies like DMC, ELO, 3M, Higgstec, TI and Gunze.
Several touchscreen technologies are possible depending the application and requirements of our customers:
- Resistive
- Capacitive
- Acoustic wave
- Infrared
- Near Field Imaging (NFI)
Sizes vary from 3,8” – 21”.
With special machines and in a cleanroom environment ACL develops and produces so-called touchfoils whereby a customer specific topfoil is attached to a touchscreen with a transparent adhesive.
This results in a flat, closed surface without unevenness’s what makes this concept specially suitable for medical and food applications.
Also aesthetic considerations are a valid reason to select this technology for your application.
Combinations with other technologies possible like membrane switches.
Integration with topfoils, Alu/SS carrier, enclosures, TFT displays, inverters, controllers, joysticks and other components possible.
- Topfoils in required dimensions, colours and designs possible
- Topfoils with/without antimicrobial protection
- Carriers and enclosures from Aluminium, Steel, Stainless Steel and Synthetic material possible
- Possibility to mill enclosures from thick Aluminium (eg. 80mm)
- ACL applies TFT Displays from several suppliers like Sharp, Samsung, AuO, Toshiba and others
